3.Advance Booking
- A good start to build your new home. You will have to do the advance booking by paying 5% of the estimated project cost
4.Receive Plan Details
- Drawings and designs will be provided by our architects till you are completely satisfied.
- Project is allotted to the project manager and project management team start working on your contract.
- Designs include floor plans, structural designs, 3D elevations, electrical, and plumbing
- All the details of the project like specifications, work and payment schedules are fed into the system.
5.Track & Transact
- To ensure absolute trust, GK Home Construction provides a best way where you transfer the amount for every stage of the project.
- Stage by stage payment is done or transferred to the contractor.
- Our project management team tracks and monitors your project through our system and processes – through regular site visits.
- Project manager contacts you to provide the update about the project.
6.Settle In Your New Home
- And then the final stage. We make sure that you are well settled in your new home. Moreover, we provide you with 30 years of warranty
7.Free Maintenance
- Three years free maintenance, three visits per year.
7.Paid Maintenance
- After three years of free maintenance, charges involved for the maintenance
